Guangdong SanBao New Materials Tech Co,Ltd. is the sole hi-tech enterprise specializing in the production of wet ground synthetic mica powder at home and abroad. Sanbao has two production bases with advanced production, testing equipment and an innovative industrial production process for wet ground synthetic mica powder. It has also passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification. At present, we have a production line with an annual output of 3500 tons of synthetic mica sheets and 1200 tons of synthetic mica powder. Sanbao has acquired 150 acres of land and is currently planning the second phase of the synthetic mica industrial park, forming an integrated industrial chain of raw materials and products.

Sanbao have established the "Synthetic Mica Engineering Technology Research Center" in Shenzhen. By leveraging our unique team of high-caliber talents, we are capable of the R&D of special-purpose mica products as well as independent process design and implementation.Some of our proprietary processes and technologies have been patented. The process technology in our project has been accredited as an industry-leading and advanced technology in the assessment of provincial scientific and technological achievements; our project has won the first prize of Sci & Tech progress award, and won the technological innovation fund for medium- and small-sized enterprises. In December 27th 2007, our project has passed the acceptance inspection with highest scores ever in Guangdong province. This project is expounded as a preferred subject in the National Long- and Medium-Term Scientific and Technological Development Plan compiled by China Non-Metallic Minerals Industry Association for the Ministry of Science and Technology, and tops the list of Eight Base Projects. Our company also has won a lot of titles such as "Enterprises of Honoring Contract and Keeping Promises", "Shantou Private-Owned Sci-Tech Enterprise", "Guangdong Hi-tech Materials Enterprise", "Guangdong Private-Owned Sci-Tech Enterprise","Guangdong Province Hi-tech Enterprise" and "Guangdong Province top-500 Enterprise（2010）".

We have always conducted scientific enterprise management and have successfully passed the ISO9001:2015 certification. We strictly follow the standards of ISO9001:2015 QMS to ensure a consummate QMS runs throughout the whole production process. Synthetic Mica Powder of SANBAO has passed the REACH System in 2013.

Our product——wet ground synthetic mica powder, features pure texture, high whiteness (≥90%), small iron content (＜0.2%), narrow grain fineness distribution, and high temperature resistance, and moreover, it contains no elements detrimental to human body. Getting rid of the defects of natural mica powder, wet ground synthetic mica powder, as a type of new hi-tech non-metal material, has become an indispensable base material for the production of top-grade pearlescent pigment, cosmetics and paints. Our product fills the gap in the field of hi-tech non-metal material and is exported to pigment and cosmetics manufacturers in Asia and Europe, such as Korea, Japan, Germany and USA.
